Working at B2B is more than just a "job". Sure, the overall package has to be right: good working conditions, nice colleagues, fair pay. That's all there. But in the end, it's the mood and vibes that need to be in balance. At our company, a respectful yet informal culture really exists, and this is largely because Frank, as the owner and founder of B2B, embodies this culture in person:

Benefits

We are successful because we stick together and work together towards our goals. Our employees are therefore at the heart of our company. Without a heart, nothing works. That's why we do so much for the benefit of our people.

"Auszeit" company restaurant

Our caterer Salva provides delicious, freshly cooked dishes and healthy bowls every day, subsidised by the company. Our stylishly furnished company restaurant "Auszeit" is the central meeting place. The name "Auszeit" ("Time Out") says it all.

Gym and fitness classes

A fitness area with high-quality workout and cardio equipment is available to all employees. We also regularly offer fitness classes in our company.

Events

Success must be celebrated, and we always find a reason to do so. From company parties in special locations to after-work parties to open days for our employees' families, there's always an opportunity for fun with us.

Training and development

We like to invest in our employees because this is how our company can continue to develop. This includes regular team building, consistent qualification of our employees through in-house training such as process training, language courses or software training, and individual external training measures. If you have potential and want to grow, you get the opportunity with us. Glass ceiling? Not here.

Here they really do exist: regulated working hours. Parents don't have to worry about not being home on time for their children. We also subsidise daycare.

We are just 5 minutes from the motorway or a short walk from the train station. Free parking on our premises is available to all employees. In short: we are easily accessible and well-connected.

Social and Aid Fund

The pandemic prompted us to ask whether our social commitment to the outside world should also apply internally. That's why we launched the internal "B2B Medical Social and Aid Fund", enabling us to help employees in need quickly and without endless paperwork. We can rely on each other.

At B2B Medical, we place great importance on good training. With us, you'll be well-prepared for professional life. Why? Because we see it as our corporate responsibility to give young people a good start in their jobs. Our training coordinator Karen is wholeheartedly committed to guiding and organising training for our apprentices and students, setting up interesting projects and simply making sure you can feel comfortable and grow with us. She is always open to questions, new ideas and concerns.

 

We want to impart knowledge to you and provide you with really good training to become a specialist. And the best part: after successful training, we try to offer every apprentice a position

if there's a vacancy.

 

In 2023, we were awarded the IHK quality seal TOP APPRENTICESHIP.

Your benefits at a glance:

Apprentice Induction Week

You'll get to know all the other apprentices, your colleagues and the company. This includes various team-building sessions, a company rally, a joint lunch with the management and much more.

Full support

Our training coordinator organises the training with you in our company. Regular meetings with her and the entire apprentice team help you quickly clarify all topics.

Regular feedback

We have a structured system to give you regular feedback and follow the progress of your training in different areas. This way, you always know where you stand. What do you still need? What are you already good at?

Exciting projects

Our apprentices regularly work on their own projects, which are developed together with the department heads, actually benefit the company and allow you to contribute your own ideas.

Varied tasks

We make sure you learn everything a professional in your field of training needs to know. You will regularly receive new tasks to gradually take on more challenging jobs.

A really cool environment

We're all on a first-name basis here, including the management. We respect each other. Apprentices receive the same appreciation as colleagues who have been with us much longer. We have modern and friendly premises. And every apprentice has their own laptop.

"Auszeit" company restaurant

Every day, in our modern company restaurant "Auszeit", our caterer Salva provides really delicious food – which is also affordable because we subsidise it. You can choose what you want via the app.

Fitness offers

You can use our new gym for free, including a fitness tower, dumbbells and cardio equipment. And you're also welcome to participate in fitness classes like functional training, abs, legs and glutes or full-body workouts.
