"Auszeit" staff restaurant
Our catering partner, Salva, prepares fresh meals every day – from hearty classics to healthy bowls – with meals subsidised by the company. ‘Auszeit’ is much more than a stylish staff restaurant. It's a place to catch up with colleagues, exchange ideas and take a well-earned break. The name says it all.
Gym and fitness classes
Looking after yourself is the first step to performing at your best. Our on-site gym, equipped with high-quality fitness equipment, is available to everyone, complemented by regular fitness classes held on site.
Events
Success is something we believe should be celebrated – and fortunately, we have plenty of reasons to do just that. From our Christmas party and company celebrations at unique venues to after-work socials and family open days, these events bring us together and reflect what B2B Medical is all about – achieving success as a team and celebrating it together.
Learning and development
We're all committed to continuous learning. At B2B Medical, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop through internal process training, language courses, software training and individually tailored external development programmes. That's why we established the B2B Medical Solidarity Fund. It enables us to provide quick, practical support to colleagues facing difficult personal circumstances. At B2B Medical, we see it as our responsibility to help young people make a successful start to their careers – and we genuinely mean it. Our apprenticeship team will support you every step of the way – from organising your training and guiding you through projects to answering your questions and helping you overcome challenges. We want you to learn, develop and succeed. And if you successfully complete your apprenticeship, we'll be delighted to offer you the opportunity to stay with us, subject to suitable vacancies. It's not an empty promise – it's how we work.

Apprentice induction Week
Starting your apprenticeship shouldn't feel like being thrown in at the deep end. During your first week, you'll get to know your fellow apprentices, your colleagues and the business through team-building activities, a company treasure hunt and a welcome lunch with the senior leadership team. So you'll know from day one that you're part of the team.
Full support
Our apprenticeship team will help you plan and organise your training from start to finish. Regular meetings with your mentor and the wider apprentice team ensure your questions are answered and you always have the support you need.
Regular feedback
Our structured feedback process helps you understand how you're progressing and what comes next. What have you achieved? What are your next goals? You'll always know where you stand and how you can continue to develop.
Meaningful projects
Our apprentices work on real business projects developed alongside department managers and designed to deliver genuine value. You'll be encouraged to contribute your own ideas. And we'll listen.
Varied responsibilities
We make sure you gain all the knowledge and practical experience needed for your profession – step by step and with increasing responsibility. Not repetitive tasks for the sake of it, but meaningful work that helps you develop.
A culture of mutual respect
Everyone is on first-name terms here – from the Managing Director to our newest apprentice. Apprentices are valued just as much as experienced colleagues. Modern workspaces, your own laptop and an open, welcoming culture where respect is part of everyday life.
"Auszeit" staff restaurant
Freshly prepared meals every day, subsidised by the company and available to pre-order via our app – our Auszeit staff restaurant is much more than somewhere to have lunch. It's a place to relax, recharge and spend time with colleagues
Fitness facilities
Our on-site gym is free for everyone to use, with strength-training equipment, free weights and cardio machines. We also offer regular fitness classes, including functional training and full-body workouts, helping you stay active and look after your health.
