After my parental leave, I was looking for a job where I could express my creativity as a graphic designer while still balancing work and family. This is easy to do at B2B. I was able to bring this know-how to B2B from the start and quickly take on responsibility. I've been in Germany since 2014 and initially had to fight my way into the job market with little knowledge of German, although I have a degree in accounting. At B2B, everything was very different. I started in packaging and received a really good onboarding. Everyone was friendly and nice, which I'd never experienced before. I always showed that I'm open to new things and learn quickly. My supervisors saw this and supported me. This allowed me to qualify for a position in accounting, and I'm so happy to be back working in the field I studied.
