I've been in Germany since 2014 and initially had to fight my way into the job market with little knowledge of German, although I have a degree in accounting. At B2B, everything was very different. I started in packaging and received a really good onboarding. Everyone was friendly and nice, which I'd never experienced before. I always showed that I'm open to new things and learn quickly. My supervisors saw this and supported me. This allowed me to qualify for a position in accounting, and I'm so happy to be back working in the field I studied.
